Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Please note that for administrative reasons, refund will be made after the conference.

- An official writing to the Secretariate of POEM 2025 by email is required.

- Any phone application will not be accepted.

* Any bank charge or service charge entailed by the refund have to be borne by the registrant. Participants may, however, transfer the registration to another person, instead of cancelling.
