关于2025-2026学年第一学期国际学生注册工作的通知
各院（系）、全体国际学生：
现将2025-2026学年第一学期国际学生注册有关事项通知如下：
一、 注册时间
2025年8月30日～9月14日。
二、 注册方式
注册期间开放“学生注册及基本信息管理信息系统”（http://register.hust.edu.cn），可选择以下任一方式完成注册。
1) 登录“学生注册及基本信息管理信息系统”（http://register.hust.edu.cn） PC端，按步骤完成注册；
2) 通过“rabey雷竞技企业微信”，选择“rabey雷竞技企业微信——应用中心——学期注册”完成注册；
3) 前往师生服务中心自助服务区的“校园卡与学期注册自助服务终端”完成注册。
三、 注意事项
1) 全校各类国际学生应在规定的注册时间（8月30日-9月14日）完成注册，以取得新学期学习资格。
2) 因特殊原因不能如期注册的国际学生，应在规定的注册时间内向所在院（系）申请暂缓注册，待所在院(系)审核通过后，国际学生应在允许延期注册截止时间之前完成注册。
3) 未按规定注册的国际学生，由学校根据有关规定处理。

Notice on Registration for International Students in 2025 Autumn Semester
All International Students,
The registration for International students in 2025 autumn semester is hereby notified as follows:
1. Registration time
Aug.30-Sep.14, 2025
2. Registration method
You can choose one of the following ways to complete the autumn semester registration:
1) Through the PC: log in the "Student Register and Personal Information Management System" (http://register.hust.edu.cn) to finish the registration;
2) Through the WeChat App “HUST Enterprise Account” or HUST Micro Campus: HUST Micro Campus - Application Center - Semester Registration;
3) Through the Administrative Service Center: go to the "Campus Card and Semester Registration Self-service Terminal" in the 24-hour self-service area.
3. Notes
1) All international students should register within the prescribed time (Aug.30-Sep.14, 2025) to obtain the qualification for the new semester.
2) Students who cannot register as scheduled time (Aug.30-Sep.14, 2025) should apply to their department for deferment of registration within the prescribed registration time. Their department shall strictly review the application. Students should register before the extension deadline.
3) Students who failed to register as required time will be not qualified to study in HUST and their student ID cards will be blocked automatically.
