2026 Application Guide for HUST “3+3” (Chinese language +Internship) Program
➭ Program Introduction
"3+3" Program is a unique six-month initiative combining three months of intensive Chinese language study with three months of a professional corporate internship in sectors such as technology, finance, and management.
Designed for Chinese language enthusiasts and students seeking professional experience in China, this program offers a comprehensive immersion. Participants will not only acquire essential Chinese communication skills and cultural understanding but also gain invaluable internship experience. They will witness firsthand how university research translates into real-world applications and experience China's growing capacity for independent innovation.
➭ Courses
Chinese Language Courses
Comprehensive Elementary Chinese, Business Chinese, Introduction to China, and Chinese Listening & Speaking
Schedule: 20 class hours per week (1 class hour = 45 minutes)
Enterprise Internship
Participants will be grouped based on their interests to undertake internship projects. Through teamwork in Chinese enterprises, participants will enhance their abilities to:
● Apply technical knowledge to solve real-world problems;
● Work effectively within multicultural teams;
● Translate technological and innovative ideas into productivity gains.
To ensure a smooth integration, a dedicated support team will be assigned to each participant, including:
● Internship Mentor: Provides project guidance and task supervision.
● Program Manager: Coordinates internship arrangements with the host company.
● Student Volunteer: Assists with daily academic and internship-related matters.
Working hours: 8 hours/day
Accommodation: International Student Apartments on HUST campus.
Transportation: Shuttle bus or public transportation.
Meals: Breakfast and dinner on campus. Lunch is offered by the host company.
Note: All expenses are self-funded.
Certification:
Upon successful completion of both the language course and the internship, participants will be awarded Certificate of Language and Certificate of Internship.
List of partner enterprises will be provided and updated accordingly.
➭ Eligibility and Requirements
1. Be non-Chinese citizens and hold a valid foreign passport;
2. Be aged between 16 and 35 years old by September 1, 2026.
3. Have a high school diploma or equivalent (Prospective graduates may provide a pre-graduation certificate during application but must submit the official diploma upon registration);
4. Have no criminal record and be in good physical and mental health and maintain good academic and behavioral standing;
5. Be friendly toward China, and comply with Chinese laws and regulations as well as the rules of HUST.
➭ Application and Admission Procedures
Application Deadlines:
December 15th, 2025 (For Spring 2026 Intake)
June 15th, 2026 (For Autumn 2026 Intake)
Step 1.
Log in to the online application system at http://admission.hust.edu.cn/.
Step 2.
Select your desired program, upload all required documents, and submit your application.
Step 3.
Pay the application fee.
Notes:
● Uploaded documents must be clear, complete, authentic, and valid. Incomplete or fraudulent applications will be rejected.
● Hard copies or email submissions of application documents will not be accepted. Only applications submitted through the online system will be reviewed by the HUST International Admission Committee.
● Please regularly check your application status and any notifications regarding your admission package via the International Students Application System or your registered email.
● The university may request additional documents or conduct online interviews with applicants as necessary.
➭Application Fee
Applicants shall pay the application fee (non-refundable) of 600 CNY/100 USD upon completing the online application successfully by:

√ International bank card (VISA/Master)
Application without payment will be regarded as uncompleted.
➭Documents for Application
1. A scanned copy of the passport photo page.
2. Official certificate of the highest education or an official enrollment document from the current institution.
3. Transcripts.
4. Physical Examination Form: A completed health form. (Applicants already in China may upload a personal health certificate or a copy of their valid residence permit instead.)
5. Certificate of Non-criminal Record: An official document issued by a local police station or relevant law enforcement agency.
6. Financial Certification/Bank Statement: Proof of funds equivalent to at least 3,000 USD (Not required for International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship applicants).
7. Guardian Documents (for applicants under 18): Certified documents signed by the appointed legal guardian(s) in China.
Note: All application documents must be in Chinese or English. Documents in other languages must be accompanied by notarized Chinese or English translations.

➭项目介绍
rabey雷竞技“3+3”项目涵盖三个月汉语学习与三个月企业实习，涉及科技、金融、管理等领域。专为汉语爱好者及希望在中国公司实习的学生打造。该项目助力学生掌握基础汉语交际能力，了解中国文化，积累实习经验，洞察大学科研成果转化，感受中国自主创新能力提升。
➭项目课程
（一）汉语课程
基础综合汉语、商务汉语、中国概况、汉语视听说等。每周20个课时(1课时=45分钟)
（二）企业实习
1. 分组实习：项目参与者按照兴趣分组完成实习，在中国企业团队合作中提升以下能力：
● 将技术知识应用于解决现实问题的能力；
● 在多元文化团队中高效工作的能力；
● 将科技创新理念转化为促进生产的能力。
2. 专属团队支持：为帮助参与者融入中国企业，组建专门团队，成员包括：
● 实习导师：提供项目或任务指导；
● 项目经理：负责安排中国企业实习事务；
● 生活志愿者：协助处理日常学习与实习工作。
3. 工作生活安排：工作时间8小时/天；
住宿：我校国际学生公寓。
交通：班车或公共交通。
餐食：校内用早餐和晚餐，公司提供午餐。
备注：费用均为全部自费
（三）证书
学生完成课程学习和企业实习后，将颁发结业证书和实习证书。

➭申请资格
1. 非中国籍公民，持有效外国护照；
2. 年龄16-35周岁（截至2026年9月1日）；
3. 高中毕业或应届毕业生（报到时须补交毕业证明）；
4. 无犯罪记录且身心健康；
5. 遵守中国法律法规及校纪校规。

备注：上传的文件应清晰、完整、真实、有效，否则将不予受理；
仅受理系统提交的电子申请，请勿邮寄纸质材料；
在申请过程，建议密切关注系统申请状态及电子邮件状态；
我校可根据情况要求申请人提供其他补充材料或对进行视频面试。
➭申请费
在提交在线申请后，申请人需缴纳申请费600元人民币或100美元，可通过中国银联，支付宝，微信支付，国际银行卡（VISA/Master）进行线上支付。
未按时缴费的申请将被视为未完成，不予受理。
