Notice on Clearing Unlicensed Vehicles on the Campus of Huazhong University of Science and Technology

国际学生：

International Students，

为营造安全、有序的校园交通环境，学校将配合武汉市公安交通管理部门开展无证车辆专项整治。现将有关事项通告如下：

To create a safe and orderly campus traffic environment, the university will cooperate with the Wuhan Public Security Traffic Management Department to carry out a special rectification of unlicensed vehicles. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

一、禁行范围

I. Prohibited Scope

禁止无牌、无证及超标电动自行车在校园内行驶。“超标电动自行车”认定标准：最高设计时速＞25 km/h 或整车质量（含电池）＞55 kg。

Unlicensed, unregistered and non-compliant electric bicycles are prohibited from driving on campus. The identification criteria for "non-compliant electric bicycles" are: maximum designed speed ＞25 km/h or total vehicle mass (including battery) ＞55 kg.

所有在校内行驶的电动自行车必须同时具备：

All electric bicycles driving on campus must have both:

1. 武汉市公安交通管理部门核发的有效号牌、行驶证，且号牌须悬挂于车身显著位置；

Valid license plate and vehicle license issued by the Wuhan Public Security Traffic Management Department, with the license plate hung in a prominent position on the vehicle;

2. 学校核发的“校园通行证”（一车一证）。

"Campus Pass" issued by the university (one pass per vehicle).

二、通行证办理

II. Application for Campus Pass

线上申请：登录“智慧raybet电竞竞猜app→服务大厅→电动自行车登记”提交材料，经国际学生办公室审核、保卫处审批后制证。

Online application: Log in to "Smart HUST → Service Hall → Electric Bicycle Registration" to submit materials. The pass will be produced after review by the International Students Office and approval by the Security Department.

线下申请：无法线上办理者，请联系国际学生办公室完成线下流程。

Offline application: Those who cannot apply online please contact the International Students Office to complete the offline process.

三、整治安排

III. Rectification Arrangement

即日起至本周日，学校将对无牌无证、超标车辆张贴黄牌警告。黄牌期满后，仍未办理合规手续的车辆，将视为自动放弃停放权，学校配合武汉市公安交通管理部门统一强制清理。

From now until this Sunday, the university will post yellow card warnings on unlicensed, unregistered and non-compliant vehicles. After the expiration of the yellow card warning period, vehicles that still have not completed the compliant procedures will be deemed to have voluntarily waived the parking right, and the university will cooperate with the Wuhan Public Security Traffic Management Department to conduct unified compulsory clearance.

请国际学生于规定期限内完成登记、办证或自行处置超标车辆，共同维护校园交通安全。

international students shall complete registration, apply for the pass or dispose of non-compliant vehicles by themselves within the specified time to jointly maintain campus traffic safety.
